Aspro, Inc. is an asphalt paving contractor.  In addition to paving we also manufacture and sell asphalt, rock and sand products to the general public, local contractors, city, county and state entities. 

Our work has consisted of the Waterloo and Cedar Falls city street reconstruction and overlay projects as well as several large parking lots such as the Target Distribution Center, Isle of Capri Casino, Hawkeye Community College, Ferguson , Blain’s Farm and Fleet, Cedar Valley Lakes Trail and the Waterloo Municipal Airport to name a few.
