Serving Cedar Falls, Waterloo anD the Surrounding Area

Today, Aspro, Inc. operates two asphalt plants in the Waterloo area and offers asphalt paving, general road and street construction as well as commercial parking lot construction in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area and the surrounding counties. Due to our location in the state of Iowa our normal season runs from approximately May 1st to November 20th of each year varying according to the weather

Aspro, Inc. has been the recipient of numerous awards for “Smoothness” and “Safety”. Our employees strive to provide a great product in a safe, courteous and efficient manner with the goal to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Our work has mainly consisted of the Waterloo and Cedar Falls city street reconstruction and overlay projects; state & county highway projects; airport runway & taxiway projects as well as several large parking lots. Aspro, Inc. has experienced paving crews and our own fleet of trucks enabling us to provide quality asphalt paving to meet our customer requirements for their specific project.
